Purchase of Yamaha generators

I ordered two generators on-line after talking to a representative by phone and the generators arrived the NEXT DAY! Not only was the delivery incredibly prompt but the phone representative took several of my calls to answer follow-up questions. Could not have been a better experience!

Yamaha dual generators

First I think it was Andrew who took my call when I had questions about these generators. He was extraordinarily helpful and efficient. He sealed the deal. So we bought them. They started right up. We are very happy with them. The lower level of use made the decibel level acceptable.

Best part of purchase was Larry

I am hopeful these will be great in an emergency although I would have preferred an electric starter. Larry made the order process and first start a breeze!

Pretty good generators

The seem to work well, however one of them uses fuel more quickly and does not run at constant speed but speeds up and slows down even if there is no load. I tried charging my John Deere electric Gator with that generator, however the 48V charger failed and tripped the generator breaker. I donâ€™t know why the charger failed. The charger uses only 1kW of AC power so it is unlikely that the charger overloaded the generator. Service department told me if I had problems with the generator I should take it to their local service shop.
