Awesome company that stand behind what they sell

My generator arrived with some minor damage (no fault of Yamaha, just from shipping). National Supply not only took care of it, they did so without flinching and at lightning speed. By far the most impressive customer service I've had in years.
The generator is awesome and typical yamaha quality. So its great!
I ended up buying another one for family.
The generator itself is built like a tank. The alternator is 2x the size of a northstar 7800w. Wheel kit has solid rubber wheels (not inflatable that will go flat) Oil pan is easy to check and service. The fuel-shutoff has a plug for easy draining of the fuel tank without disconnecting the line from the carb. At this point, I have literally nothing bad to say about the generator or the company selling it.
Don't risk your $$ with some big-box store crap with apathetic employees that don't know about the products their selling. National Supply is the way to go, hands down.

Full Home Comfort

Our Yamaha 7200 is set up...legally...to power our entire home. With manual load shedding, turning off the how water heater, we operate our HVAC. I highly recommend a QUALITY synthetic 10w-30 oil! Operation here AGAIN in Florida has been FLAWLESS. Now on 2nd hurricane and 4 straight days running.

yamaha generators on wind turbine job

Replaced my fleet of over priced honda generators with new 7200 yamaha's at half the price. We run them almost every day 8-12 hours a day with no issues. Only time will tell if they last as long. 10 units, 2 years no problems so far.
