I bought a similar-looking cable for less and returned it because it didn't fit. This one is OEM-grade. In the long run it's worth it to pay more, do the job once and right.

Purchased to run the a/c in my camper
It started on the 1st pull and ran flawlessly to charge the batteries. The temperature never got above 65* so never needed the ac. Amazing, before the Gen arrived the Temps were in the 90's.
My other Yamaha gens have been great gens for many years.
